Vanessa Wheeler’s senior art thesis exhibition, 感觉的质感, will be held from April 14 through April 27 in the Glassblock Gallery in the Fred J. Taylor 图书馆 and Technology Center at the University of Arkansas at 蒙蒂塞洛. 公众招待会将于4月14日（周四）下午6点至7点举行。
Wheeler’s exhibition focuses on paintings of public figures from the past and present that had or have different mental illnesses. The paintings use color expressively to relate to the individual’s specific affliction. In a description of the exhibition, Wheeler stated, “In an effort to display the role that both of my majors, Art and Psychology, have had on my development, I’ve chosen to represent the illness of recognizable individuals with specific symbolic color, contrast, and texture.”
