学生的责任

Various support services are provided for qualifying students with disabilities free of charge to the student. 但是，作为服务的接受者，您必须：

4. Obtain identification card from office of 学生特别服务, which includes approved accommodations.

1. Attend all classes unless illness or an emergency prevents you from
   attending.
2. If you miss more than three class periods without making arrangements with Student Special Services your note-taker will be suspended.
3. If you have problems with a note taker, notify 学生特别服务 immediately so that a person can be reviewed.

如果使用READERS/记录文本:

1. Provide 学生特别服务 with a list of classes you plan to take and/or a list of the required texts for these courses as early as possible in the preceding semester so that it can be determined if your textbooks are available in an alternative format.
2. If a textbook is not available from the 正规赌博平台书店, 学生特别服务 will provide additional information.
