Individual also must maintain and compile information such as inventory of equipment and supplies, job status reports, and budget documentation; attend staff meetings with agency/institution departmental personnel and make recommendations on new policies and/or procedures; must be willing to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate campus activities and special project assignments; and performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements. Must have knowledge of the methods and techniques of building, equipment, and grounds maintenance.
