Ms. Pierce is retired after 38 years as band director and music teacher in the Cleveland
County School District. She is a member of the Arkansas School Band and Orchestra
Association, President of the Arkansas Chapter of Phi Beta Mu National Bandmaster
Fraternity, and President-Elect of the Arkansas Bandmasters Association. Ms. Pierce
is an active adjudicator for marching band, concert band, and sight reading contests.
